BULGARIA AMONG 7 MOST FAVOURITE SKIING DESTINATIONS IN UK

Bulgaria is among the seven most favourite skiing destinations visited every year by British tourists, a research by SkiClub of Great Britain reveals.
About one million British go overseas to ski every year, mainly in the French Alpes, where a third of all British ski-fans spend their winter holidays, the data show up.
The other two thirds of ski-tourists from the United Kingdom are shared among Austria (19,4 %), Italy (15,7 %), Andorra (14,1 %), USA and Canada (5,8 %), Switzerland (5,4 %), Bulgaria (1,7 %), etc (1,4 %).
According to Specialist Holiday Group, one of major British tour operators, the winter sports market has hit a growth of 2,5 % in the season 2002-2003.
