Hotel was good, new, clean and close to Gondola. A little way from the restaurants in town but close enough for an easy walk.
Lessons/ski hire/lift tickets were all OK and well explained by your rep in Bansko.
The resort (Bansko) was excellent, good snow and good weather.
Will definitely go back to Bansko and will probably use Bulgaria ski again to book accommodation.

Food very poor with limited choice available; hot food was cold and the service by staff in the restaurant was very poor, the staff stood around smoking in the restaurant while people were eating. Most of the reception staff spoke very little or no English; although on a positive note the Hotel Manager was very helpful; he spoke very good English and was very attentive.

Compared to February 2009 when we visited the same Belvedere aparthotel it is a significant improvement: heated water in the pool, better room heating, nice game room, restaurant. As points for improvement: reception staff with better english knowledge and more bath robes available for guests. Overall great progress and very good value for money!
