The jacuzzi was not working and the staff were unsure of my query regarding it so I didn't get anywhere with it. A shame.

I find the BulgariaSki very helpful and will definetely use its services when booking future holidays in Bulgaria. Thank you very much for all your support and assistance, skiing this year was just perfect.

Information that needs to be added to the website.
Guests need to be made aware that the gondola shuttle is an extra charge per day.
Also the spa and sauna facilities have to be paid for each time they are used.
The reception staff have very limited English.
The transfer from the airport to the resort is about three hours.
The resort is really good and I would like to visit there again.

Very impressed by the level of service & value for money. Will definitely book with you again. Thank you for organising the location I requested. The apartment is exactly as described.
Balcony could do with some basic plastic furniture.

Really nice apartment, with daily maintenance. Thrilled with kitchen equipment, finally a place where number of glasses isn't limited to number of people staying. Good location as well, quite but close to the gondola and tourist center.

The only comment I would have is that the SPA facilities at the Eagles Nest were found to be a chargeable extra which was not stated on the website or at the time of booking. But overall the experience was excellent, and we would defiantly look to use you again.

January 2011 was the second time I booked a hotel in Bulgaria though your website. Customer service was excellent, answered all my questions fast and helped me though many changes with the reservation. Thank you very much for all your support and be sure that next time we come to Bulgaria we will stay at the Eagle's Nest and book through bulgariaski.com.

Thanks for helping me put together a great holiday! Vladimir in Bansko was really nice and helped with changing rooms when the first one was not exactly what we payed for (but it was the hotel's mixup, not yours).
I have recommended the hotel and www.BulgariaSki.com to friends and will use it myself for the next trip.
