Location: "Emerald" Spa Hotel is situated opposite the main Gondola ski lift, only 50 m away from it.
Accommodation: The hotel offers 140 spacious and comfortable rooms and suites with superb views of the surrounding landscapes. All rooms and suites are fully equipped with telephone, kitchen equipment, satellite TV, hairdryer, shower cabin or bath, balcony. There are 40 double rooms, 25 family rooms, 20 studios, 40 one-bedroom suites and 15 two-bedroom suites.
Wine & Dine: The menu of the main restaurant is supplemented with a range of coffees, cakes and selections for children. Together with the comprehensive wine list and skilful bar staff the menu represented the complete dinner offering for everybody that appreciate a good meal. Those who prefer the Bulgarian traditional food are welcomed in the Mehana restaurant of the hotel.
SPA centre: In an ambience designed to inspire serenity, the healing hands of trained therapists revitalise your body and spirit. A variety of treatments designed to awaken the senses and restore the natural balance of the body promises you an experience of transformation. Here you will find: sauna, steam & massage room, Jacuzzi, sun tanning room, indoor swimming pool and other SPA facilities.

Supplements for 1-bedroom apartment:
Breakfast and dinner: 14 Euro per adult and 7 Euro per child (2-12 years old) per day;
Reductions:
- Children upto 2 years stay for free;
- Children 2-12 years on extra bed in double room with 2 adult- free of charge and obligatory pays for a meal 7 Euro per day;
- Children 2-12 years on regular bed in double room with 1 adult: 50 % discount.

CANCELATION:* Cancellations can be made, providing details and prior to check-in time on the day of arrival, at least:
- 10 working days before, during low and mid season;
- 30 working days before, during high season;
Cancellations made after this period will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 1 night accommodation and catering for Middle and Low Season and 3 nights' accommodation penalty for New Year Period.
