Accommodation: Perun Lodge Hotel offers 110 one-bedroom apartments, 74 studios, 20 one-bedroom maisonettes. Most of the studios, apartments and maisonette suites boast a balcony and all of them feature a fully equipped kitchen, TV with cable television, telephone, mini bar, bath/ shower.
Wine & Dine: The restaurant attracts guests with the special and varied menu of fine European and traditional cuisine, coupled with professionally selected wine list. The restaurant has 150 seats and with working hours from 7.30. to 24.00 offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The 32 seat lobby bar is situated in the spacious hotel lobby. You will be immediately impressed by its elegant style and pleasant atmosphere. There you could enjoy a great variety of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, cocktails, pastry and confectionery.

I had a fantastic ski holiday, and will definitely use Bulgaria Ski again! Diana was so helpful with my reservation and patient with all the changes that were made :-) Bansko was great, excellent facilities and so much snow. It was a pleasure to stay at the Perun Lodge hotel, and I particularly enjoyed their spa and excellent gym...

The new year's eve dinner was a fiasco. Wrong choice of plates and entertainment program, the music - especially after midnight - inappropriate and all of that for A LOT of money (please compare whith the other hotels in that area, ex. Perun etc.). The only positive thing that night was the restaurant staff.

Hotelul arata bine- categoric nu este de 5 stele - asa cum scrie pe el- ci de maxim 4. Camerele sunt destul de mici, inghesuite, dar nu e o problema asa de mare. Problemele reale sunt: hotelul este incalzit cu program - incepand de la oral 18,00 si pana dimineata, in rest nu. Cand vii de pe partie pe la ora 16-17 inghetat, camera este la fel de inghetata. Alta problema : bucataria - asa zis " complet utilata" nu are decat la cerere expresa niste farfurii desperecheate si tacamuri la fel, plita ceramica nu functioneaza - daca am rugat sa o repare deoarece se putea incalzi camera cu ea ni s-a spus sa ne folosim de cuptorul cu microunde. Daca vrei sa fierbi un ou totusi pe plita nu ai in ce (nu exista vase pentru plita). Baia frumoasa - cam mica dar cocheta- dar trebuie sa le ceri de la obraz la receptie gel de dus, sapun, hartie igienica, deoarece altfel, desi vad ca lipsesc, nu le completeaza. De asemenea nu exista un cuier la intrare in apartament - trebuie sa-ti duci hainele direct in sifonier. La solicitarile noastre exprese de a discuta problemele cu managerul ni s-a aspus ca nu este in oras, ca nu vine, ca este ocupat, sa asteptam cateva zile (6 erau cu toate) si pana la urma ne-a ascultat o doamna manager de la restaurant. Este frustrant sa mergi la un hotel ca asta, sa ai asteptari normale de la conditiile trecute pe toate site-urile si de fapt, sa fie un mare bluf la fata locului. In ce priveste restaurantul - masa de dimineata a fost buna dar prea putin variata - cu prea multe chestii prajite : bacon, cremwursti (da,da, prajiti) carnaciori, omlete etc. Una peste alta, in nici un caz nu-si merita cele 5 stele din firma.

perfect hotel with very nice spa center.. rooms very comfortable and warm!! the only negative is no one speaks english.. i suggest it..
