The hotel didn't have the facilities tha you present in your site, there wasn't a spa facilities, the spa was in the eagles nest and they were charging for the use, also the breakfast was served at eagles nest hotel, the rooms weren't very clean, dust, hair, dirty walls and more.also the personal didn't speak english and the communication was bad and finally the wireless internet wasn't working in the second floor. I have stayed in Bansko in much better hotels with same or less money so I believe it was a very bad accommodation.

it would have been nice to have had a free (or, at least, much cheaper) bus to take us to the gondola station. i'm sure i remember there being one during our previous stays. 3.9lv per person seemed very expensive and so we didn't use it. it made no sense. 39lv (there were 5 of us) per journey adding up to nearly 80lv per day? it would have been considerably cheaper to hire taxis all week. On the plus side, we were VERY happy to find that our rooms were cleaned for us every day :)

The apartment was very nice, but there were a few problems with it. The heading was either insanely hot or freezing cold. Most of the lights didnt work & only 1 of the TV's in the apartment worked. The staff were very friendly & helpful & fixed the lights & heating as soon as we reported it so that was a great help. I would definitely return to the Mount Blanc apartments for future trips to Bansko.

It was a very great holiday i am sure we will come in the near future. the only problem we encounterd was that the hotel receptionist did not know how to speak in english thanks

Please, give my best to the hotel personal. I took six guys skiing and it was totally impossible to take any good time to thank the personal for their kindness.
My wife might want to take her work colleàgues to Bansko in March 2011. This would correspond to a group of 10-15 Finnish school teachers. I presume, they can book with BulgariaSki?

Mont Blanc has very nice apartments, very well equipped, excellent value for money.

Nice and clean, thinny walls. I recommend the nice restaurant next door from the hotel. Polite and friendly hotel staff. Hotel is 400 meters from gondola station which you can reach by walking or with one of the 3 8seats busses provided by the hotel group. Very good impression. I will definitely look forward to repeat the experience.

Mont Blanc Apt is on excellent location. Hotel staff is very polite and attentive. The apartments are well equipped. Price of apartments is quite appropriate offer. Make sure yourself.
