Location: Mountain Residence 4 is the newest building in the Mountain Residence’s chain. It’s situated in the outskirts of the Pirin mountain, several buildings up from the gondola station, yet still private. The apart-hotel has 60 apartments, in a compact, cozy building designed to preserve the temperatures high during the cold winter months. The exterior and interior add to the wintertime tale ambience. Mountain Residence is for the guest who wants all the amenities of a hotel, but in their own private, spacious apartment.

Accommodation: One and two bedroom apartments – (up to 95 sq. m):
Each has a separate one or two bedrooms, living room, one bathroom and a toilet. Dining space and a kitchen are usually in one. Different bed types – queen or single beds with option to make one, extensible sofa and armchairs. Ski storage could be at additionally appointed location. Kitchenette and dining space are spacious and fully equipped.
