Location: The Narcis Hotel & SPA is a brand new 4-star apartment complex. Situated in the most attractive part of Bansko - Gramadeto and within easy walking distance from the Gondola ski lift. It is a fully closed complex with a patio area, outdoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi, restaurants, bars, conference room and a magnificient SPA center.
Accommodation: Narcis hotel & SPA offer 22 double rooms, 1 single, 12 studios, 90 single bedroom apartments, 24 double bedroom and 1 triple. All of them are equiped with fully fotted kitchen, living room and dining room in the suites, Terrace, Fireplace, Hairdryer, Safe, TV, internet, telephone, central heating and air conditioning. There is a central system for heating / cooling, whit individual control in each room. All apartments have modern baths with hairdryers. There are built in fireplaces in all studios and apartments in the hotel, creating home comfort during your winter vacation. Most of the apartments have balconies overlooking to the internal courtyard and the mountains.

CANCELATION:Winter 2010/2011 season cancellations:
Cancellations can be made, providing details and prior to check-in time on the day of arrival, at least:
- 7 days before, during Low season;
- 10 days before,during Middle season;
- 28 days before, during High season;
Cancellations made after this period will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 3 nights' accommodation and catering for Middle and Low Season and 100 % penalty for New Year Period.
