Fantastic booking service - however Hotel could not find the reservations and the female hotel manager is very rude and really is in the wrong job. The food at the hotel is repetative and always served luke warm. The spa facilities are superb and some of the staff are freindly but most quite miserable and will happily tell you that they do not like working there!!!! Walls paper thin you can hear next doors conversation. Do not hire skis from the hotel they are not serviced porpoerly and are dangerous, we hired some for the day and had to get them serviced on the mountain as they had no wax or edges and when we gave the guy the bill for that he just laughed at us and shrugged his shoulders - WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS HOTEL FOR UK VISITORS, go to either the Sport or the Kemplinski, more expensive but much better. Big thanks to the guy who drives the bus to the slopes each morning, he is lovely!
