Pirin Golf & Country Club represent three districts Downtown, Lake and Pirin. The allocation reminds of the typical structure of a town with its busy trading area and the different residential districts. In December 2008 the districts Downtown, Lake and Pirin 3 received official occupancy permit and saw the first happy owners take over and move into their properties. District Pirin 1 is with envisaged launch in June 2010.
Downtown District is the very heart of Pirin Golf & Country Club. It is going to be the busiest place in the entire Razlog valley with the finest selection of restaurants and bars, appealing to both locals and foreign tourists.
The district has a central position north of the internal road, next to the future 5 star hotel. It consists of six buildings with a wide range of apartments - from studio to three bedroom ones, facing either the signature Ian Woosnam golf course or the Pirin Mountains.
The buildings form an internal space with pedestrian access to all vital commercial areas of the resort, such as six international restaurants (including Greek, Italian, French, Irish Pub, etc.), cafι bars (with pastry), shops (including Supermarket, Sports shop, Shoe shop, perfumery, alcohol, gifts shop, etc.). There are dentists, medical centre, dry cleaning, pharmacy, hair-dressers, photo, bank, travel agency, etc., available for the guests. The internal space is beautifully designed, with swimming pools, cafes.
The Lake District is situated between Downtown and Ian Woosnam golf course. Its on the northern side of the Internal Pirin Golf road and forms a group of 2 apartment buildings, called the Towers, and 12 detached villas. Due to its unique location The Lake is considered to be the most luxurious district in Pirin Golf & Country Club.
The buildings are developed in five principal levels. There are 2 restaurants on the ground floor of each Tower. The view from the apartments is unmatched, especially the one from the upper floor apartments which enjoy the whole Razlog valley and all three mountains - Rila, Pirin and Rhodopi.
Pirin III District is located south of the internal Pirin Golf & Country Club road amidst pine trees. It is at walking distance from Downtown, but still offers some privacy and comfort. It consists of six apartment sections, unified in three small identical buildings. The access to each building section is directly from the road. The surrounding area is beautifully landscaped withfacing courtyards, recreation areas and pools.
The buildings are developed in three principal levels with cozy attic floor in addition. The ground floor level features garages and lovely south facing apartments with private gardens. Another benefit are the two private pools available exclusively for the Pirin III owners and guests.

- Supplement for breakfast - 6 Euro per person, per day;
- Supplement for dinner - 11 Euro per person, per day;
- Child between 7 - 14 years old - 50% discount of the breakfast and dinner rates;
- Children up to 6 years old, accommodated in their parents' room stay for free.
- Children between 7-13 years old on additional bed in the parents' room - 50% discount.
- Children between 7-13 years old on a regular bed in the parents' room - 30% discount.

CANCELATION:Winter season cancellations: Cancellations can be made, providing details and prior to check-in time on the day of arrival, at least: - 15 days before, during low season; - 15 days before,during mid season; - 32 days before, during high season; Cancellations made after this period will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 50 % of accommodation and catering for Middle and Low Season and 100 % penalty for New Year Period. No Show - 100 % panalty.
