There was lots of things missing from apartments (what was written at your pages) for example hairdryer, iron and board, glasses from kitchen, internet was wery hard to use, because telephone caple was connected to internet port, we realized that after 2 days! But anyway, I think we all were satisfied because the location was perfect.

We requested your assistance with items that were not available in the apartment, these were basic cooking items which would allow us to eat in the apartment. You did not assist neither did the female Manager at Royal Towers. We incurred a vast amount of extra expenditure eating out as we could not eat in. We will never recommend Bulgaria Ski or Royal Towers to anyone, really poor and inexcusable customer service.

BulgariaSki provide an excellent service and were most helpful. Hotel staff need to learn some basic customer service as do ski rental staff at top of gondola and gondola queue is the worst I have experienced in twenty years of skiing in Europe and Worldwide. That said I would highly recommend BulgariaSki to assist with any holiday reservation.
