Location: St. Ivan Complex is located in the southern area of Bansko, to the east of the ski lift at the foothills of the Pirin Mountain. The elevated position provides splendid panoramic view to the town and the mountains around.
St. Ivan comprises of eight blocks of flats and Apart Hotel integrated service centre with shops, indoor swimming pool, SPA centre, restaurants and bars, which will be opend in 2010. The five storey structures are surrounding a beautifully landscaped space with recreational areas, swimming pool, coffee shops and restaurants (opening 2010). All apartments incorporate spacious balconies or terraces at the ground floor level.
The architectural concept borrows from the rich local traditions using basic materials and details typical for the region of Bansko – a combination of stonework and wood boarding, wooden balustrades and roof details. Our guests can enjoy the incredible atmosphere of perfect service and tasty food in the restaurant, Confectionary and the Café of the complex (opening 2010). Sport center and recreationl facilities will be opened in 2010.

CANCELATION:Winter season cancellations:
Cancellations can be made, providing details and prior to check-in time on the day of arrival, at least:
- 15 days before, during low season;
- 15 days before,during mid season;
Cancellations made after this period will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 50 % of accommodation and catering for Middle and Low Season and 100 % penalty for New Year Period. No Show - 100 % panalty.
