The GREEN PINE CHALET encompasses a stunning 6 metre high glass frontage with unspoilt views of the forest and distant Rhodope mountains. The glass frontage from floor to ceiling through all levels, ensures the view from both the lounge and upstairs balcony opens up to the breathtaking views of the forest and mountains.
With living space across 3 floors with 2 generous terraces, upstairs balcony and large garage the total combined area is 350m². The open plan living space comprises a luxury handmade kitchen, a very spacious lounge area with fireplace and stairs leading to the upper gallery overlooking the lounge, all with a beautiful vaulted log ceiling. Home cinema with Sky TV and broadband internet. Three spacious bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms. With a sauna and a separate large games room below fully furnished and self contained with its own balcony.
