The Chalet is also 6 miles away from the newly developing Ski resort at Kulinoto and 3 miles from the state-of-the-art 4 star Katarino Spa Resort. Renowned for its dramatic landscapes and world class skiing, Bansko and the surrounding villages have become Bulgaria's favorite place to stay for both winter sports and summer activity holidays. With abundant snow falls providing a constant winter snow cover up to 2m thick and a ski season that runs mid December to mid April the region experiences excellent ski conditions. In spring and summer, Bansko becomes a beautiful, cool and refreshing outdoor activities mountain resort. Between the house and the forest, a river meanders past the plot where the sound of running water compliments the whole natural scene.

The glass frontage from floor to ceiling through all levels, ensures the view from both the lounge and upstairs balcony opens up to the breathtaking views of the forest and mountains. The open plan living space comprises a luxury handmade kitchen, a very spacious lounge area with fireplace and stairs leading to the upper gallery overlooking the lounge, all with a beautiful vaulted log ceiling. PRICE NOTES:The rates are in euro for the whole chalet on self-catered basis. Complimentary welcome pack of snacks and drinks is provided upon arrival. Towels, bed linen, utility bills and final cleaning costs are included in the price.

* Additional services:
- Each additional (to the week period) night of accommodation is 100 Euro per night;
- An everyday housekeeping services is available upon request - 8 Euro per day;
- Everyday transfers to and from ski lifts are available upon request (price to be specified).
* A security deposit of 300 Euro is required upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded in full on the departure day unless damages/repairs need to be performed, in which case refund will be made without the cost of dameges.
CANCELLATION:Cancellations can be made without penalties within the following terms:
Earlier than 30 days before the arrival - no penalties
- 30-14 days - 30 % penalty fee.
- 14 days - 50 % penalty fee.
