 CANCELLATION:

- Middle Season: 7 days prior to the arrival date; Cancellations received after the release date will be charged 2 overnights penalty;
- High Season: 14 days prior to the arrival date; Cancellations received after the release date will be charged 2 overnights penalty;
- Chirtmas and New Year Season: 21 days prior to the arrival date; Cancellations received after the release date will be charged with 100% penalty from the entire stay will apply.
- In case of no received cancellation and In case of no arrival the reservation will be treated as a No-show. No-Shows will be charged for the entire stay booked (100% charge). Cancellations must be advised In writing and proof of acknowledgement by the Tour operator should be retained.
