Apartments and Studios have Kitchens but equipped with only 4 glasses! During out stay heater in our studio stopped working so we were moved to 1-bedroom apartment(same as our friends had) and our kitchen was fully equipped. It is a bit annoying that for anything you need you have to call few times although that should be in the room (for example hair dryer). With early book offer 5=7 really good value for money.

Very kind staff, clean room and warm, good food, but: water in the pool cold, the jacuzzi too small (it is good only for two), and the storage room for boots ....well, it must dry the objects! Thank you Bulgaria!

Everything was as advertised, except for 1 minor thing: if you have a room with a kitchen, the kitchen can't be used, policy of the hotel.
Everything else was excellent!

Bansko is allmost like Austria's Ski resorts, but the money and the conditions are better.

Hotel location is excellent: near cabit station. The facilities are ok: nice warm, swimming pool, two saunas, restaurang, night club, warm wardrope for skies etc. But not drying cabinet for ski clothes in room. The service in hotel is frendly, but some problem with English (speaking and written information).
