CANCELATION:For stay during the period 01 Apr - 21 Dec 2009: 5 working days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival - cancellations received after the release date will be charged the first room night; For stay during the 26 Dec 2009 - 01 Jan 2010: 14 working days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival - 100% penalty from the entire stay will apply for cancellations received after the release date; For stay during the periods 19 Dec - 25 Dec 2009 & 02 Jan - 10 Apr 2010: 10 working days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival - cancellations received after the release date will be charged the amount for two nights; NO SHOW PENALTY: fee equivalent to the cost of 3 overnights accommodation!
