| Winter holiday in Borovets |
Location: Festa Chamkoria Hotel is situated in Borovets resort amidst the beauty of the venerable fir forests. The hotel is located around 1200 m away from ski centre Borovets and the starting point of the cabin lift, that carries skiers to the ski centre Markudjitsi the highest on the Balkan peninsula.
Accommodation: The four star hotel offers 10 luxurious 1-bedroom apts., 26 small apartments, 12 double rooms and 6 single. The interior is luxurious and cosy in an alpine style.
All apartments are luxuriously furnished and offer central heating and air conditioning, luxurious bathrooms with bath tubs or shower, hair dryer, telephone, plasma TV, mini bar and terraces and bath tub. The hotel offers main restaurant for 100 guests, where guests can taste delicious local and international cuisine.
The lobby bar offers a fireplace and is a perfect site for relax after a long day on the slopes. The hotel also offers game hall with lots of entertainment. The second floor offers children crθche. Guests of the hotel can use free parking lot, as well as free shuttle to the ski slopes and back.

PRICE NOTES:The rates are in EUR, per room, per night, on HB basis (breakfast and dinner included). The rates also include use of swimming pool, fitness. The summer rates from 01 April are in euro per room per night with breakfast included.
Maximum capacity:
- single room - 1 person;
- double room - 2 persons;
- studio - 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children;
- apartment - 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children.
- Resort fee - 6 Euro per adult, 3 Euro per child, per stay
Reductions:
- Adult on extra bed in studio or apartment - 30 % from the price per adult;
- Child from 4-13 years old on regular bed with 1 adult pays 50% from the price per adult;
- Child from 4-13 years old on additional bed with 2 fully paying adults in studio pays 30 % from the price per adult.
- Child from 4-13 years old on additional bed with 2 fully paying adults in apartment stays for free.
All additional hotel facilities are subject of additional charge on spot at the hotel.
CANCELLATION:* Cancellations can be made, providing details and prior to check-in time on the day of arrival, at least:
- 7 working days before, during summer and low seasons
- 10 working days before, during medium season
- 31 working days before, during high season
Cancellations made after this period will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 3 nights' accommodation and catering for summer, low and middle seasons and 100 % penalty for high season
