My appartment was very small, my friends appartment was big. In my appartment, there were no plates, or glasses. When I asked to have some, a lady brought me some plates and said there is no glasses. There was no microwave, or toaster, or teapot in the room. How come I paid the full price and got a small room with no equipment?
In my appartment, the TV did not work. The internet did not work as well. I had to go to the lobby to connect to the internet. In my friends room, the TV worked and the internet worked as well. At reception, when I asked for assistance, no one wanted or could help.
The hotel Flora appartments put my family on floor 4 and my friends family on floor 5, and this is when the whole hotel was almost empty, there were lots of free rooms, and after I specifically asked to put us one near another.

This was one of our best winter holidays. BulgariaSki took an excellent care of our needs. The person I conatacted with was very polite, fast in his response and eager to satisfy our needs. The apartment at Flora section was very clean and spatious, we felt very much at home. Location is perfect, the main ski courts are across the street. And yes, the food in Borovec is great all over the place. We tried almost everything, but we warmly recommend the "Salamander" place for the excellent food and cosy atmosphere (by the fireplace) :))

More detail inform there are the reception in Flora hotel. Main building Reception is not friendly.
