"Super Borovets"- The Municipal's Point of View!

The latest news regarding “Super Borovets” project were kindly provided to us by the mayor of Samokov- Mr. Angel Nikolov.

It all shows that the municipal is preparing for the start of the imposing project, which will revive the international popularity of Borovets mountain resort.
The short delay provoked by the sudden death of one of the major stockholders in the association seems to come to its end.

June 12, 2006 is the date of the next association meeting which will clear up the future of the big resort.

The municipal expects that the construction of a new gondola lift from Samokov to Borovets will start this summer.
