 CANCELLATION:

Cancellations can be made, providing details and prior to check-in time on the day of arrival, at least:
- 7 working days before, during low season;
- 14 working days before,during mid season;
- 31 working days before, during high season;

Cancellations made after this period will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 3 nights' accommodation and catering for Middle and Low Season and 100 % penalty for New Year Period. In case of No Show - 100 % penalty.
