DOBRINISHTE STARTS COMPETING WITH BANSKO

A consortium of two Austrian and one Bulgarian companies tend to invest 20 million Euro in the village, so that it turns into a model winter resort
Dobrinishte will become a famous ski resort worldwide. This is the ambitious aim, that three of the big foreign investors have made. They struggle for Bansko municipal approval so that they can start the implementation of their projects for the resort development.
The strategies of the consortium from two Austrian and one Bulgarian company have already been presented to the municipality.
Experts from the companies have been making investigations in the region for months already. Terrains in the Pirin mountains have been investigated. Conceptions for future construction and facilities needed have also been done. The projects will bring plenty of money and will create opportunities for vacant working palces in Dobrinishte, the local people think. They are pretty assured that this should happen without the exploitation of the natural resources. We will defend the public interests, as well as the environment and will make a worldknown ski resort from the village.
Our goal is to connect the village with the Bansko zones. The village itself is unique with its opportunities for skiing and mineral water medication. It is time for Dobrinishte to become a Eurepean spa and ski resort. In order everything to be at a high level, 50 million Euro are needed, the mayor Ivanka Bonkina stated.
