The construction works starts in April next year
The coach of the national football team Christo Stoichkov is starting a tourism business, by constructing a villa site in Raikovski livady above Smolyan.
Cristo announced his investment plans in front of the mayor of the municipal Dora Yankova. He has bought a huge piece of land from private owners and in the beginning of April next year the construction works will start.
The only obstacle is that the site where the football star wants to build his houses does not have a prepared plan.
This spring the Municipal council of Smolyan decided that Raikovski livady should be part of the town’s plans.
Stoichkov decided to make a benefit for the end of his career as a football player in September this year.
Stoichkov also promised to co operate for the repairing of the sport hall “Rodopa” in “Septemvri” stadium.
