The management plan of the Natural Park until 2014 was announced
Construction works over Vladaia will be allowed
A zone for extreme ski and snowboard will be constructed on the Northen part of Stenata on Vitosha.
This is provisioned by the new plan for management of the Natural Park for the period till 2014, which was presented yesterday.
A special zone for beginners will be included in the ski center “Aleko”. The new regulation allows the construction of five new buildings in the site, which will host the ski schools.
Portable buildings will host fast food restaurants with up to 150 places. Such opportunities are given for the most visited regions on Vitosha.
“Fonfon” chalet is also going to be renewed.
According to the document construction works are only allowed in the region Vladaya- Marchevo.
Tourism sites with up to 300 beds, restaurants with capacity of 500 seats are planned there. The plan also announces the construction of appropriate road system and infrastructure.
Among the new requirements is the prohibition of outside artificial lights for buildings and equipment.
