Vacation complexes on a total area of 500 thousand square meters will be constructed in Razlog municipal in 2007.
Vacation complexes on a total area of 500 thousand square metres are about to be constructed in Razlog municipal during the present year, this was announced by the press centre of the municipal.
Almost 200 construction licenses were issued from the municipal. The biggest project will be constructed on a total area of over 22 thousand square metres. According to preliminary assessments 150 – 200 million Euro will be invested only in the construction projects.
Detailed zoning plans of Betlovoto and Katarino - districts in Razlog Municipality, as well as of a 3 000 decare-area between Banya and Bansko are about to be prepared.
Razlog Municipality' representatives said there is a serious investor interest towards the region. Development of golf tourism is the investors' priority.
