Elora Management Limited bought the 2 ski lift operators - Aleko Sport 99 and Vereinigte Bergbahnen Bulgaria, from Austria's Vereinigte Bergbahnen GmbH. The court register shows that Elora Management Limited is connected to Yulen, the company operating the skiing facilities in the Bansko resort under a concession arrangement. Aleko Sport 99 confirmed the ownership changeover but gave no further details. Elora now owns all ski lifts on the Vitosha mountain with the exception of the Zaeka ski lift, the Simeonovo and Kniazhevo gondola lifts, the Dragalevtsi chairlift and the Koniarnika tow lift which are all still government or municipal property. Investment spending will focus on the modernisation of the skiing facilities and the construction of new infrastructure in line with the existing Vitosha management plant, said Aleko Sport 99 manager Kostadin Kostadinov.
