%LIMG1Bansko Lives in the Rhythm of Jazz The festival gathers 200 musicians from 16 countries The beautiful Bulgarian mountain resort of Bansko is living in the rhythm of jazz. For a whole week, the local people and guests of the town will enjoy the musical talent of some 200 participants in the Tenth Jubilee Festival. Musicians from 16 countries have already turned Bansko into the musical capital of Europe. As early as Tuesday evening, a 40-member students' orchestra from Holland gave a remarkably good start to the fest which continued with the concert for four grand pianos, performed by Maria Delivicheva, Lora Dimitrova, Orlin Dimitrov and Englishman Andrew Watson. Of course, Bulgarian jazz stars Milcho Leviev, Kamelia Todorova, Vassil Petrov, Nona Yotova and Teodosii Spassov will also join the jubilee edition of the musical forum. The first to play for the audience was the orchestra of the Bulgarian National Radio conducted by Yanko Miladinov. Milcho Leviev fascinated the spectators with his impressive piano performance.
