The technical attendance in Borovets ski resort ends till the 1st of December %LIMG1A fully technical attendance in Borovets ski resort goes. Maintaining works last till 1 of December. This was announced by Deyan Nikolov, the assistant director of Borosport Technical Department. There are no damages on the cable cars and other facilities, and everything will be ready till the end of November. There will be 12 % more visitors this season compared to the last one. The total length of the slopes is 42 km, including ski centres Borovets, Yastrebets and Markudjik. There won’t be new facilities and pistes for the 2007 – 2008 ski season. The cabin lift has been overhauled and now its live is 5 years longer. New artificial snow installation at Yastrebets 1 and Yastrebets 2 pistes is under construction but it won’t be in running order this year. The infrastructure of Musalenska Pateka (path), connecting ski zone Markudjik 2 and Borovets resort was improved. There is a new bridge above Tsarska Bistrica River, specially designed for the skies. The new platform at the top station of the cabin lift will divide the incoming and outgoing skiers. The slope declivity of Rotata drag lift was also ameliorated.
