A SIX PACK CHAIR LIFT WILL BE CONSTRUCTED IN PAMPOROVO MOUNTAIN RESORT

A brand new six pack chairlift will start operating by the end of the season in Pamporovo. It will service two ski slopes and thus the ski zone of the resort is expanding towards Stoikite village. 13 million BGN are invested in the equipment.
Englishmen and Irish are a majour part of the tourists in Pamporovo. They prefer the resort because of the unique mountain climate and relatively light ski slopes, which are suitable for beginners.
The resort also offers incredible terrain for cross country skiing – it is around 12 km long and is always perfectly maintained. The ski centre of the resort also offers special site for snowboarders, which is easy accessible and even.
At the moment the total length of the ski slopes in Pamporovo is over 20 km. The ski zone in the resort is planned to be developed and connected with Chepelare and Perelik, which will transform the region into the biggest winter sports centre in the Balkan Peninsula.
