The Luxurious “Redenka Golf & Ski Club” near Razlog Opened Doors
The official opening of the gated vacation complex “Redenka Golf & Ski Club” took place on 23th June (Monday). The attractive complex is situated just 10 minutes drive from Bansko ski resort and just a kilometer away from Ian Woosnam’s exclusive 18-hole golf course at the Pirin Golf and Country Club. Redenka comprises of 24 unique ski chalets, each with two or three bedrooms and two four star hotels. The total capacity of the complex is 500 beds.

Spaciousness, green sites and fresh air were intentionally stressed in the design of the complex and it was spread on a total area of 20 decares.
The complex offers numerous extras which are unique for Razlog and transform it into an attractive site for year round tourism. These are:
- Huge outdoor swimming pool with sun-beds and pool bar;
- Football playground with dimensions 35 x 60 metres and real grass;
- Guge indoor swimming pool;
- Spa and wellness centre with sauna, steam bath, fitness, Turkish hamam, massages and therapies (aroma, talasso, volcano stones and seaweed);
- Tennis court and volleyball playground;
- Traditional restaurant “tavern” for 150 guests;
- Panorama bar with incredible view towards the snow capped peaks of the Pirin mountain;
- Kindergarten;
- Shops;

- Conference hall for 25 guests;
- The big villas offer individual sauna;

Redenka aims to attract guests with an attractive price list and numerous opportunities for entertainment and active holiday.

The management of the complex is entrusted to the professional company “Property Management BG”, and the complex is a member of the chain for luxurious vacation apartments – ApartmentsBulgaria.com.

“Redenka Gold & Ski Club” is constructed with the support of the investment consortium Lux Imoti and the local building enterpriser Emil Bozhanov (M-Story Ltd. Company). The project of the complex was prepared by the architects Gabriela Djambazova and Pavel Ivanov. The project is corresponding to the local environment and the beautiful views towards the Rila and the Pirin mountains.


Managers and employees of Lux Imoti, M-story, Bulgarian Properties, Property management BG, the mayor and deputy mayor of Razlog municipality, representatives from the municipal administration – Razlog, journalists from local and national Medias, partner companies and clients attended the event. The executive director of M-Story Ltd. Emil Bozhanov and the mayor of Razlog – Mr. Luben Tatarski held a welcoming speech.
