The mineral baths in Berkovitca and Barzeia became attractive for investors from “NG Capital”.

The plans for the development of Bercovitca now include the construction of a five star hotel. The investors want to support the development of tourism and balneology in the region. Apart from that “NG Capital” plans to construct a complex with 150- 200 apartments.
The development of spa- tourism will make the region more popular among the tourists from Western Europe. The complex will also offer fitness clubs, sauna, sport facilities, restaurants, shops, hairdresser’s saloon, internet and other services.
