Accommodation: The hotel offers a total of 78 rooms: 4 luxury VIP apartments, 14 other apartments and 60 double rooms. The guestrooms feature TV set, radio, telephone, mini bar, WC and bathroom unit, room service and an Internet connection.
Wine & Dine: The complex feature a classical restaurant for breakfast /at a block table/ and dinner. The tavern is one of the most desired and preferred places with a view to the mountain. It is with a tempting charm, garnished with the mood of the countryside. The tavern offers Bulgarian national cuisine and local dishes.
The hotel offers exquisite lobby bar with terrace, cocktail bar, billiards, bowling bar and Night club, as well.
Hotel facilities: a shop; an Internet hall; a conference room with 80 seats; multimedia; a screen with a remote control; post-terminal; modernly equipped ski-checkroom with skis, snowboards, shoes, ski-sticks; a panorama elevator, safe on reception, parking (free of charge), baby cot (free of charge). Transportation to the ski-runs is provided free of charge.
Spa and sport centre: The Spa Centre offers a huge range of thermal procedures and facilities - an infrared room, Turkish bath, Roman bath, a Finnish sauna, spa capsule, tangentor, aromatic baths, thermal chairs (suitable after skiing in the cold winter days), solarium.
A fitness hall equipped with appliances and trainers of the famous brand of “Technogym” is at the disposal of the guests as well. The sports center offers indoor swimming-pool with jacuzzi. The use of the solarium with “Ergoline” brand is recommended to those who are keen on their sunburn and dazzling tan.
Conference facilities: There is also an internet room, a conference hall with modern equipment and capacity of 90 seats.

This hotel was fantastic, i went in a group of three and the staff were both very professional but polite also. If i was to return to Pamporovo i would stay at this hotel. Facilities are ideal Spa and leisure facilities superb. Although english is not most of the staffs strong point they will go to lenght to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Very hard to find something to fault this beautiful hotel i would recommend it to any of my friends or family

stayed there in jan 2010, brilliant place.. staff were very friendly. had to leave early to fly home due to family berevement.. staff were excellent, could not do enough for me... will deffo be back there...

stayed at this hotel in April/May 09,never felt so unwelcome in any hotel i have ever stayed in before. pool attendant did nothing when a small child was sick all over the pool area including in the pool itself, I had to call every one out of the pool while the pool attendant did nothing but scowl at the swimmers. played bowling in the ally and asked for a bottle of red wine,the girl on duty replid to my request with "can't you drink white". let the children play pool one night though the bar man took the balls away once the half hour had elapsed although no one was waiting to play . sevice was abysmal never again. by the way Balkan charged me £40.00 to put a "a" in my grandaughters name by biro that they had missed out on the ticket ,of course it must have been my fault as I must not know how to spell my own grandaughters name!!!!

i was there in february and wasnt impressed at all as if i went to a four star hotel in my country and got food like i did in the belmont i would be gone home in an hour.!!! i paid for a half board package and the service we got was very bad. the food was like something youd give to a dog. but it was a different story if you were to pay for it. i found it very bad that even at dinner time there wasnt as much as a jug of water to be seen.everything such as water was extra. the sauna was ten lev and to walk out and walk straight into the steam room it was ANOTHER ten lev... so out of ten i would give this so called four star hotel no star and 2/10 as the rooms were clean but staff were nice. but change your stingy manager.!!!

This is brilliant hotel I ever stay with. It is four star hotel but I think it should category in five star? The staff were friendly, choice of food was broad (especially evening meal). The most impressive was the programme that they are prepared on Christmas day were drive me mad and really surprise on it. The cleanliness on room and whole hotel were over my expectation where they clean it everyday on my room and every single hour on lobby and step. Brilliant to all staff in Hotel Belmont and would strongly recommend to other who are looking for great hotel with fairy pay.

My friend and I went to Pamporovo and stayed in Belmont Hotel from 20 to 27 Dec 08. I must say this hotel is absolutely value for money. The room is standard - clean, tidy, new and wide enough for 2 person. We are very impressed with the meal provided each day. We had English food on the 1st day,followed by Bulgarian, Spanish, Italian, Christmas Dinner and back to Italian on our last day. Christmas dinner was gorgeous: typical 4 courses turkey meal with a bottle of complementary red wine and a few shots of Brandy. Hotel facilities are fabulous. We went for swimming, jaguzi and massage. And a few pint at night in the hotel bar. Hotel stuff are nice and helpful (although some of them can't speak good English, but they will still try to help). The location of Belmont is a bit further from the centre and the ski centre, but there are shuttle waiting to pick you to wherever you want to be, just make sure you are on-time. Overall, i'll rate Belmont for 5 stars!

My daughter and I were visiting the same time as Carol and her family and we agree that the hotel was clean, modern, very warm and friendly. We enjoyed the pool, spa and gym and especially the food, with a very broad choice for both breakfast and evening meal. The skiing experience was brilliant, something we would both like to try again but this time I'll include my elder daughter and her partner for more laughs!!

Super hotel! Very good location, great service (great people), great food. Everything was very very nice there, would recommend and go again. They have spa center and many more things to enjoy the stay. p.s. i dont think they have ski slopes close to them, check it out.

I took my family of five plus 2 others on 30th december 2006. We all had a fantastic time. hotel very clean with lovely rooms. We had to turn the heating off as it is very hot in the hotel, all you need is tshirts, no woolie jumpers! Plenty of variety of food and a lovely choice of desserts. Facilities very good indeed and a free shuttle bus took us to our ski centre each day where we had the best of tuition for beginners and we all can not wait to go back.
