The restaurant offers rich menu of culinary temptations, perfect service, typical Bulgarian dishes, salads, rich choice of wines and beverage.

Hotel facilities: For your good recreation there are a lobby in modern style, a restaurant-tavern for 60 people, SPA Centre and ski-storage.

We stayed here the bank holiday weekend in Feb 2010 for the week. The hotel is in the middle of the village and about 1.5 km from the ski lifts. The hotel is small with around 15 rooms and has a real friendly feel because of it. All the staff were very helpful from reception, waiting staff and bar men. We stayed half board and the food was always of a high standard. Breakfast was a buffet with a large choice from cook break to fruit and meat and cheese. The dinners were also very good, this time not a buffet, but a menu you chose from the night before. A 3 course meal with a large selection (maybe limited for veggies). The room was large enough with 2 twin beds, cupboard and en-suite bathroom, with a shower (wet room). Dressing table with chair and TV with a mini bar. All in all I really recommend this hotel, the only negative i can find is that we were on the bottom floor and had to climb 3 floors each morning with all our gear, but this is only a minor point.

We stayed in this hotel over new year and everything about it was excellent. There was a really good choice of food at breakfast and evening meal and it was of pretty good quality too. Talking to other people who were in our skiing group this is not something that can be said about all the hotels in the resort- hotels that were rated higher than the Merian too! All the hotel (inlcuding the rooms) was spotlessly clean and the staff at the hotel were only too ready to help with whatever we needed. The hotel is ideally placed to catch the bus to the ski centre and to get to the pubs and bars on an evening. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will most probably be going back.
