CANCELLATION:* Cancellations can be made, providing details and prior to check-in time on the day of arrival, at least:
- 7 working days before, during Promo and Low seasons
- 21 working days before, during Middle season
- 31 working days before, during High and New Year seasons;
Cancellations made after this period will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 3 nights' accommodation and catering
