Vitosha got much snow during last days.
I took the gondola from the bottom station of the mountain, only 10 km from the city centre of Sofia. As most people know Vitosha is mainly visited during the weekends by the local people who live in the capital. Even if it was Monday, the slopes were full of skiers and boarders. The snow was excellent! The sun was shining and the temperature was only few degrees below 0. Big groups of children were taking lessons, and adults skiers and boarders were enjoying the snow and the sun.
There were nice views from the mountain to the busy city below.
