There are just private properties and forests. People are aware of the fact that the opportunities for investments in Bansko are running out and the free terrains reach 70 euro per square meter, and now are waiting for the prices in Kulinoto to grow higher so that to sell their land for a better price. Family houses are very attractive especially in the villages Bachevo and Draglishte. A well maintained house costs around 50 000 BGN with one decare back yard. People from Sofia are the main buyers, because they are attracted by the nearby situated resort Bansko and the mineral springs in the region.
