Bulgaria can simply be described as a white winter fairy-tale at the moment. All ski resorts around the country boast with loads of snow and excellent skiing conditions.
We have just received special photo report from Uzana ski centre near Gabrovo.

This is actually the geographic centre of Bulgaria. Uzana ski area is situated on 1300-1400 meters above the sea level and is one of the most beautiful parts of the Balkan Mountain Range (Stara Planina mountain).
The resort is calmer and quieter compared to Bansko, Borovets and Pamporovo, but still offers excellent conditions for an exciting mountain holiday.

The Usana site offers small ski slope for intermediates that is 1300 meters long and is equipped with Pomagalski drag. This is actually the longest piste in the site. Part of the equipment is build with the support of the Tune town in Switzerland. The beginners can use the other 7- 8 small pistes.
