 CANCELATION:

Winter season cancellations: Cancellations can be made, providing details and prior to check-in time on the day of arrival, at least: - 15 days before,during mid season; - 32 days before, during high season; Cancellations made after this period will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 50 % of accommodation and catering for Middle and Low Season and 100 % penalty for New Year Period. No Show 100 % penalty.
