Chepelare opens the ski season with 20 km ski slopes

Sport centre Chepleare has prepared a total 20 km ski slopes for the tourists this year.
One of the main slopes is “the red” and it is 3250 meters long. It will be equipped with snow cannons for artificial snow.

The other is green and is around 6 km long. Skiers will have the chance to try several shorter slopes of different difficulty.
Snowboarders will enjoy 1,2 km “red” slope with deep snow.

The winter centre of Chepelare is entirely renewed and will be officially opened by the end of December. It included a brand new high speed quad to Mechi Chal peak.
The best system for artificial snow installed in Bulgaria, will take care for the perfect conditions on the slopes, as it can cover the ski centre for less than 100 hours.

A brand new “Access” system will take care for the fast and easy use of the ski lifts in the resort, preventing from queues.
