Borovets, the mountain resort located 72 km south-east of Sofia, expects to collect 300,000 levs in overnight fees from visiting tourists in '05. The fee is set at 1 lev per overnight. The travel companies operating in the resort expect the number of tourists to increase by 15-20% in the '05-'06 ski season. The first visitors for this season are scheduled to arrive on Dec 17.

Bulgaria Equalizes Pricelists for Tourists
The prices of all tourist services in Bulgaria are set to be equal for Bulgarians and foreign visitors by the end of this year under amendments to the tourism law.
Bulgaria\'s Parliament passed on second reading the amendments to the tourism law. The reforms come as a result from the European Commission\'s demands on the Free Movement of Goods and Services chapter.

Russians are eager to spend their holidays in Bulgarian winter resorts, it emerged at the international tourism fair in Moscow that is to be officially inaugurated today.
