We had a problem at the hotel for a few days, no water due to massive snowfall. Not the hotel's fault but they gave us very little information and did only hand out one bottle of water the first night so we all had to go out and buy water for tiolet, washing etc. That is very bad service. The people working at the hotel were friendly but the cleaning of the room was very poor. The food was good and they offered a good selection for all the meals.
I will probably stay there again.

Excellent fór the money.
There is no internet access from the rooms so you have to go to the lobby to have access. The swimming pool is not warm enough.
