* BODY & SOUL Spa Lounge package: Swimming pool, Fitness, Steam bath, Aroma herbal steam bath, Ice room, Infrared sauna, Cedar sauna, Herbal sauna, Energy steam sauna, Finland sauna, Jacuzzi, Tropical showers, Chillout lounge, Hammam, Salt room.
* Maximum occupancy: Junior suite - 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children; 2-bedroom apartment - 4 adults + 2 children or 5 adults.
* Min stay during New Year Period - 3 overnights.
* Cancellations during the winter season can be made, providing details and prior to check-in time until 10.12.2025 for stay during 27 Dec 2025 - 02 Jan 2026 (or until 01.12.2025 if the booking is with EB discount) and 5 days prior to check-in for the other periods and 14 days for reservations with early booking discount. Cancellations made after this period will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the total cost of the accommodation.
* For all reservations with Early booking discount is required a 30% deposit within 5 days of making a booking. If the early booking reservations are not paid until the end of the early booking period, they will be calculated without early booking discounts.
For reservations made from 14 to 3 days before arrival date – 100% prepayment is required within 3 days of making the booking but not later than 3 days before arrival date.
Force majeure:
In the conditions of a pandemic and declaration of a state of emergency or an emergency epidemic situation by the competent authorities in the Republic of Bulgaria or the country of origin of the tourists and the country on the market of which the Tour Operator operates, resulting in: temporary closure of borders and/or suspension of the provision of the services subject of this Contract; impossibility to reach Bulgaria and to use the services in the hotels, subject of the Contract, due to flight ban, temporary restriction of travel, imposition of mandatory quarantines, etc., Pamporovo AD shall provide the tourists of the Tour Operator with the following options for compensation:
1. Option that the Customers may change the reservations for the same tourist package with another date of travel, convenient for them, within the period until 24 December 2025. For this purpose, the customers shall be provided with the option through the tour operators to be able to inform Pamporovo AD about the desired dates of accommodation in a sufficiently long period of time. This shall be implemented by changing the reservation and cancelling the previous reservation free of charge. It shall also be possible to change the persons indicated on the reservation, but without changing the type of services used;
2. Option to use the amount paid for each reservation as a credit voucher for a certain value, formed as a contract, whereby the money of the tour operator or the tourist will be transferred for future use of a tourist package or tourist service. The validity of the credit voucher, i.e. the period in which it can be used shall be 24 months from the date of its issuance. This value voucher can be transferred for use to a third party following the relevant procedure.
3. Option to refund the funds in the reservations within 12 months after the end of the state of emergency according to the legal regulations, accompanied by the issuance of a credit note to the payment invoice issued.
* Children reductions are applicable for children 2-11.99 years valid at the time of the reservation (check in time).
