Skiing – The ski slopes in Pamporovo are located on 1926 and 1450 metres above the sea level. The ski centre is suitable for both beginners and expert skiers. The resort offers 37 km alpine skiing slopes of different difficulty. Most of the ski slopes are green or blue, which makes it extremely suitable for beginners and those who wish to develop their skills and technique. The hardest ski slope is Stenata. Pamporovo offers numerous opportunities for skiing off piste, however we highly recommend you to use a professional local guide, when taking that risk. Pamporovo JSC offers qualified ski teachers famous as some of the best in Europe. The resort offers ski equipment hire by the famous brands Atomic, Rossignol, Head and etc. All fans of the ski run can enjoy the soft hills of the Rhodope Mountains. The resort offers 25 km long ski run track from Pamporovo to Mugla village and back.

Snowboard – snowboard fans will also enjoy Pamporovo, as it was the first resort in Bulgaria to build a snowboard half-pipe, which is a real attraction for the extreme snowboarders. The resort also offers an excellent snowboard school that has trained many tourists from all over.

Motor sledges – The resort offers many opportunities for walks and rides among the beautiful forests in the mountain. One of the most exiting winter activities is the motor sledge ride. This sport can be practiced outside the official ski zone along the hills and meadows in the mountain. After 5.00a.m. professional guides usually organize motor sledge tour, presenting some of the best terrains suitable for this sport.

Ice Skating – Ice skating is also offered in the resort, on an excellent ice rink, accompanied by the sounds of a pleasant music. It is an excellent final for relax, after the hard day on the slopes. The ice skating rink is situated right in front of the après ski bar and the shopping centre of Perelik Hotel. Individual ice skating lessons are also offered.
