Over the past three years I have seen the whole area between Smolyan / Pamporovo and Stoykite change dramatically. Tens of millions have been invested in the construction of Luxury Hotels and apartments to facilitate the influx of people who will I am sure take advantage of this fantastic investment oportunity. Well done to Dora and her colleagues. Vic Snowden

A very exciting time for Smolyan, and the surrounding villages, the area has so much to offer, and I am sure it will bring much properity to the area. As a developer, who has already invested in both Gela and Stoykite, my main concern is that the beautiful nature is not devastated and that any developments must be eco friendly, and maybe for evey hcetare of trees that are removed, at least the same amount are replanted, to maintain an ecological balance. Your slide show and pictures show this area so well. Good luck to all involved, if we can help in any way please contact me. Well done
