Location: Forest Nook Apart Hotel SPA & Chalets is one of the newest and biggest complexes in Pamporovo. It is located on the main road, only 600 m from the slopes and the lifts of Stoudenets ski centre.
Accommodation: The complex features 135 one and two bedroom apartments and studios ranging from 26 sq. m to 120 sq.m and 9 chalets. It can welcome over 600 guests.
Each apartment offers a modern fitted kitchen area and open plan living and dining room, 21’ TV with over 40 programs, DVD, internet, mini bar, etc.
Nine luxury chalets are located near the apart-hotel. On the first floor of each chalet there is a living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette. Wi-Fi internet connection is available in all chalets. In the living area there is a fire place. Stylish wooden staircase will take you to the second floor that comprises two bedrooms with two bathrooms with toilet. Each chalet is furnished according to the highest standards.
Complex Facilities: The development includes 24 hours reception, restaurant, lobby area, various shops, spa center (indoor pool, jim centre, steam baths, sauna, all type massages, beauty saloon, solarium, jacuzzi), kids game area, ski drying room, internet & business centre, ski & snowboard equipments and school, transport to the ski runs every 30 minutes, 24 hours taxi service, rent a car service, motor ski sledge rent.

1.Spa center:
- Turkish bath was with a charge which in all hotels I have stayed in, is free.
- Pool was too cold and noone was using it because of it
- Spa center employees were arogant and bossy rather
2. Wifi connection in the lobby was not available in the rooms and in the lobby was not constant
