Just came back from Pamporovo. As much as I love the resort I cannot ignore the fact that no improvements have been made with regards to slopes and lifts. The mountains around the place have been covered with concrete, too many massive blocks of apartments...unfortunely no investment has been made in terms of improving the state of the lifts, opening new slopes/lifts ets (even upgrading the roads). I am just hoping that some sensible people will turn up one day to provide some intelligent advice and funds to make the resort a better place for skiers and snowboarders....
