The seven-storeyed five-star Hotel Pamporovo is the only one of this class in the resort. The interior of the hotel is especially impressive, combining luxury and function.

Accommodation: Pamporovo hotel offers 177 rooms: 4 single rooms, 160 double rooms, 12 suites (5 of which are Family Suites) and 1 president suite - total of 350 beds. Each room offers cable TV, telephone, mini-bar, hairdryer, bathrobe and sleepers, bath-tub, in-room safe. The Presidential Suite is Maisonette type and offers sauna and jacuzzi, as well.
Bars and restaurants: The hotel offers Orpheus Restaurant (a la carte) and Perelik Restaurant (halfboard) with a total of 400 seats, where musicians play both authentic music from the Rhodopes Mountain, as well as evergreens according to the wish of the client.
The Irish Pub located at underground level offers the typical relaxed and cheerful atmosphere, excellent food, drinks and music. One may watch football games on large-screen TV sets.
The Night Club offers 60 seats, professional DJ sound, skilful bartenders.

Stayed at Pamporovo Hotel Feburary 2010 on ski holiday. Food at tha hotel was good quality. Most of the staff were friendly and helpfull. The hotel was clean, no ski room available for storage of skis though. The biggest dissapointment overall was that smoking was allowed at dinner tables at meal times and throughout the hotel. No allocated table was given throughout holiday stay therefore this could cause problems during meals.The Hotel was rated a 5 star but in my oppinion would be a 3 star.

We're just back from staying in this hotel and even though the holiday was brilliant it was not made this way by this hotel. The staff were very unhelpful, nobody spoke English. They did not tell us about any events happening in the hotel, particularly the New Year party. The rooms were fine and were cleaned everyday but we stayed on the third floor where al the cleaners hung around the hallway and I'm sorry to say but the smell of BO was awful on this floor!! Love Bulgaria but not this hotel!

Accomodation was fairly good,but certainly not 5 stars.Buffet food was always cold even when you arrived at start of mealtimes.Got ripped off in hotel changing money.would not go back.

We visited the hotel Pamporovo and were absolutely amazed and the quality and style of the hotel. We were told not to hold out too much expectation but we found the hotel to be clean, helpful and the staff could not do enough for us to make our stay a pleasant one. I would go back time and time again. The food was fabulous and the hotel gave very good value for money.

I found the hotel very comfortable with plenty to do if you dont feel like going into the main resort after a long day on the slopes. In addition to the facilities listed there is also a bowling bar in the hotel. The one downside to the hotel is breakfast in the morning where it can be difficult to get a seat and find silverwear.

just got back from staying at pamporovo hotel. The hotel was lovely, rooms where nice had loads of hot water. The food was cold and not cooked. So ate out. The skiing was good, lack of snow.

This hotel is exellent. i have been there twice and i am gong again with a few friends and family in april witch should be good. any way if you visit this hotel you will want to go back time and time again as it is 4-5 star luxory and its exellent service aswell. there is plenty for kids to do and adults. this is obviously a brillant FAMILY holiday and i am garenteed you will have a fantastic holiday Ellie UK southapton 12 years old advanced skiier xxxxx

My family and I are looking forward to our third year at the hotel Pamporovo. The staff are friendly, the service is first class. The food is good and the restaurant is satisfactory. I only hope we are not allocated the seventh floor again as we can expect NO hot water and a cold room.! Please can we have a room on the fourth floor!!

Stayed in the hotel on the 6th floor room 708, no heating, wardrobe or shower. there wasa terrible smell in the drains in the bathroom. Eventually got moved on the third night after alot of pushing. In a group of 6 couples and they had alot of the same problems. Location good as its near the ski centre and close to the town, the food was poor in the resteraunt but good inthe bar, (not inclusive). the staff very friendly with the exception of the front desk staff. This was not just because of our changing of rooms but everyone said the reception staff were ignorant and very sharp and unhelpful.

Stayed at hotel Pamporovo from 27th Jan 2007 for 1 week. We were very dissapointed as its supposed to be better than others. This was the 4th different hotel we've stayed in in pamps. The cleanliness, rooms etc were fine, The food was not good usual standard for pamps. The complete joke though was the resteraunt, far to small for number of guests had to queue up to half an hour for breakfast and dinner, only four staff (who were very stressed) clearing tables & serving drinks on one day we were told by one of them to" wait and chill out" as we asked a fourth time for drinks having by this time eaten starters & main course with no drinks. Also only lukewarm water for shower when you got back from skiing. Will definitly not stay there again.
