We had a problem at the hotel for a few days, no water due to massive snowfall. Not the hotel's fault but they gave us very little information and did only hand out one bottle of water the first night so we all had to go out and buy water for tiolet, washing etc. That is very bad service. The people working at the hotel were friendly but the cleaning of the room was very poor. The food was good and they offered a good selection for all the meals.
I will probably stay there again.

thanks to all who helped my family enjoy a wonderful week in january snowboarding - we had a wonderful time on the slopes in the day and a brill time in the night lounging on the sofa's in the night

A great weeks holiday in the Hotel Perelik. We found the room basic but adequate and clean. The food was nice although some choosy children struggled, it is good native food. Bulgarian food is served warm not hot. The restaurant on the slopes was good, ideally situated and again a good selection with pizza and chips for the children. Take you own tea bags for english tea. The pool and sauna were very clean and great after a day on the slopes, couldn't find hot tub. Excellent gym if having a day off. We would reccommend. Alison and Keith Styles, Plymouth,UK
