we stayed at this hotel in december 2011 we luved it,it was clean and the staff were so friendly, great location only 5 mins from the ski slopes, we already have our holiday booked 2 go bac in january wud definitely recommend it..

were off on the 20th feb, is it best to book ski and boot hire befre we go through travel agent or cheap/easy to book it on the slopes?

I am not happy for visit to your Hotel. Firstly, Hotel is very cold and nobody interest with your problem if you inform to personel of Hotel. Secondly management and same personel is no friendly, they can get angry if you complaint to them. Also price is high if you can compare with other better hotel from them I can not advice to anybody and will not contact to them

I would not recomment staying in this hotel. The hotel looks lovely from the outside and the main reception area is also cosy and clean. However it is down hill after that. The bedrooms are smelling of smoke and dampness. The bathrooms are disguting with the toilet leaking once the shower goes on. One night we returned to the room and the bed was soaked through. The roof up above was leaking down onto the bed. It took over an hour for the reception staff to sort and there was never once an apology made.The leisure centre was a disgrace, dressing rooms could fit just about three people, the pool water was ice and they would not let you enter pool area unless you bought flip flops upstairs in the shop...RIP OFF SCHEME. The hotel was in a good location in relation to slopes but next time i go skiing i'll be sticking to better standard accomodation in Austria. The ski conditions in BulgaRIA were the most dangerous i have experienced. When no snow fell the slopes were icy and one was skiings through rocks.

MY FAMILY AND I STAYED AT HOTEL SNEZHANKA FROM 20TH-27TH DEC. TO BE HONEST I COULDN'T HAVE WISHED FOR A BETTER HOTEL!!! IF IM BEING PICKY, THE ONLY REAL PROBLEM WAS AT BREAKFAST, IF YOU LIKE YOUR FOOD WARM DON'T GO FOR THE ENGLISH BREAKFAST!!!! THERE IS PLENTY OF OTHER THINGS TO EAT, CREREAL, TOAST, CHEESE, HAM ETC THOUGH SO DONT WORRY TO MUCH. THE EVENING MEALS WERE LOVELY THOUGH, SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE. EVEN MY FUSSY CHILDREN FOUND SOMETHING THEY LIKED EVERY NIGHT. THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY. IF YOUR PLANNING ON GOING IN THE SWIMMING POOL TAKE FLIP FLOPS AS YOU AREN'T ALLOWED AROUND THE POOL WITHOUT THEM. THERE IS AN ENGLISH PUB IN THE CENTRE, ABOUT 5 MINS WALK AWAY CALLED THE WHITE HART WHICH SERVES ENGLISH FOOD. WE ALL REALLY ENJOYED OURSELVES AND THE SKIING WAS FANTASTIC, WE WILL DEFINATELY STAY AT THIS HOTEL WHEN WE RETURN TO PAMPAROVO!!! :)

Had a rest in hotel from 29.12.2008 till . On resepsion our 3 passports have given other tourists. Searched for them with the big reluctance, tried to fall down a mistake on us. Have not apologized!!! Yours faithfully, Volkova Tatyana.

hii... i am coming over to Snjeanka hotel in January and i jst wandered if anyone has stayed here before and how they found it..? was the food good and the rooms suitable?

Fantastic - couldn't fault it. Very family friendly, in fact they love kids. Clean and friendly with excellent facilities. Staff at the hotel couldn’t do enough for us. The traditional Bulgarian restaurant in the basement was superb and we were so well looked after. Only criticism was the pool a little cold but otherwise everything was spot on. Internet café, shops, bar. Couldn't ask for a better location - it is central to all the bars and restaurants and the ski bus starts right outside so you are guaranteed a seat. When it is full, it just sails past all those waiting outside their hotels!! Daks bar (also downstairs) has an excellent atmosphere and offers great value family meals. You can access the rest of Pamps by crossing the car park and entering the rear of the Perelik. From here you can get through most of he central bars and hotels without setting foot outside as they are interlinked by underground passages. Apartments well kitted out and many with great views – ours was stunning. Beds very very comfy and always hot water for showers. All in all, fantastic value for money and we will be returning soon!
