The snowshack were absolutely brilliant. They were able to deal with a group of 20 of all abilities, from complete novices to competent boarders and give them all the advice they needed. I hired on day 1 and took some lessons with Alex whose instruction was superb. When I decided to buy some kit, the level of service and advice was some of the best I've ever seen. A big thanks to all of the guys at the snowshack for putting up with a very demanding group with patience and a great sense of humour. Perfect conditions helped as well. 1m of fresh snow the first night and Boarding in t-shirts on the Friday. Just an awesome week.

Fantastic guys! we had a bit of a bad day and lost our board and camera! they were straight up the mountain looking for it and thankfully found the board, thanks!
Excellent advice on everything from equipment to how to snowboard.
also had some good nights out they helped make our holiday! make sure you pay them a visit!

Fantastic guys! Had a bit of a bad day lost a camera, sunglasses and almost a snowboard! went and told the guys and they were straight up the mountain looking for our board which they recovered! Thank you!
Also very helpful with all snowboarding advice from equipment to how to do it!

Last week whilst skiing in Pamporovo, my daughter decided she would like to do the snowboard taster sessions offered by the Snowshack, I went along to watch.
I have never seen a group of total beginners learn to board as quickly as they did. The guys from the Snowshack gave first class instruction and by the end of the two hours the gropup were all competently boarding down the slope. My daughter will definately be back for lessons next year.......and I might just join her!!!
Thank you guys, I will make sure I bring the creme eggs next year.

This is a really late post but myself and girlfriend went to the snowshack in stead of following the crowds to the other rental places on the first day. We just turned up and I can believe how helpfull the people were at the snowshack. The equipment we hired was of a great standard. I can not recomend this place enough. I am planning to return again with a bigger group of people next year and i will use the Snowshack again. Just want to say a big thank you to everyone there for getting me hooked on boarding...
