Sent on 05 July 2008We stayed at the laplandia apartments for a week in january of 2007 . We had an absalote ball . Everything was very cheap espesially food and eating out . One night we had a local meal made by people living in the town and it was very unusual but delisious . The only complaint I would have is that there was a long walk to the supermarket and a taxi is probably nessisary to get there . The apartments were lovely very spacious and the 2 bedroom one comfortably slept 6 (with 2 on the pull out sofa bed) . Ski school was very good and the classes were very small which was brilliant as it was our 1st skiing holiday . The instructors had us going down red runs by the end of the week . . . they were excellent . As in a comment before watch out for the people selling bells! Will be back and would definetly recommend laplandia apartments. Jen -

Sent on 12 November 2007We stayed in the Laplandia Apartments in January 2007. Our 2 bed apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We have 4 kids and they really enjoyed Pamporovo. These apartments are located at a mid-station, so you can ski immediately in the morning without using a chair lift and ski to the door in the evening. The restaurant has a great menu and very good value. There is about three other restaurants within walking distance. The ski hire shop is only 200m away at Steve's Ski School skischoolsteve.com. Ski classes are small and the instructors are very friendly.

We were extremely impressed from the services we have been offered during our staying at the “ Le Fleur” hotel. Every promise for comfort and correct handling was kept. Every step of the way we were helped and kindly advised – from the booking, trough reservation and easy arranged payment, till the free pick up service and the actual accommodation. We are grateful to all the people working at the hotel- administrators, waiters, guards, driving, cooking and cleaning staff for making our holiday truly unforgettable! Hats off to the managers of this excellent Bulgarian business!
